Quality assurance

All our products are of first quality, guaranteed Murano glass. Small variations in shape, size, colour, small imperfections or minute air bubbles in the glass are unavoidable and are typical of manual glass processing.

Selling prices

Much of the production is done directly by us or exclusively by the best masters of Murano and by selling the products directly on the internet we do not have the high costs of distribution and intermediation that every shop must necessarily add to the cost of the product.

The price is in EURO and is for sale to the public.

Taxes and duties

All shipments within the European Community EU countries are duty free.
All other countries are subject to duties, which vary depending on the country and type of imported item and are impossible for us to determine.
We suggest contacting the customs office in your country to find out the cost.
Import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards.
Your credit card is charged on the day the goods are shipped.
You can also pay by bank transfer in advance or by bank cheque.
In Italy and EEC countries except Greece, you can also pay cash on delivery directly to the UPS courier upon receipt of the goods.

Right of withdrawal

If you do not like what you have purchased or have changed your mind, you have 14 days to return the product to us undamaged in its original packaging.
As soon as we receive the product, we will refund you the amount of the item.
Shipping costs and any duties are non-refundable.
Products must be returned at your expense and under your responsibility.
In case you have just ordered something and want to cancel your order, you can send us an e-mail as soon as possible so that we can avoid sending the package and the associated costs.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are not included in the sale price and are calculated separately according to weight, volume and place of destination.
The shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process in the shopping cart at checkout, i.e. after you have entered your personal data with the shipping address.

Freight forwarder

Goods travel exclusively with our courier company U.P.S., which can guarantee you the highest quality shipping service.
Goods are shipped in standard service in CEE countries and in expedited service in other countries.
Delivery takes 2 working days in Italy and 4 working days in Europe.
In other countries it takes approximately 5-8 working days.

Tracking Service

When the goods have been shipped, we send you an e-mail with the tracking number of the shipment.

Availability of goods

Not all items are available at the time of order, some items have to be manufactured and it may take several weeks for them to be available for shipment.
Your credit card will be charged on the day of shipment.
If you need any items urgently, please contact our customer service to check stock availability.

Possible breakages

Goods travel well packaged and we have a long experience of shipping worldwide.
Cases of breakage are rare but due to the fragile nature of the product this can always happen.
In case a broken item reaches you, please send us a photo of the broken item next to its packaging box.
We will replace any breakage due to shipping.
We accept complaints no later than 10 days after receipt of the goods.
